Checks and Money orders ---------- Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 days until your check clears our bank. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge. Money orders can be processed immediately.
Shipping and Return Policy--------
Products will normally be shipped within 48 hours, depending upon availability. We use UPS and USPS at the lowest possible rates. Expect delivery within 7 to 10 business days. All orders must be paid for before shipment of product. Carriers are liable for damage in transit, concealed or apparent. You must examine shipment immediately upon arrival. If damage is apparent, do not accept the shipment. Report the damage to the delivery carrier and NicNax & PadiWax immediately. The carrier will then send someone to inspect the package. Damaged merchandise must remain in the original carton with all of the material from the carton inside. The carrier will then authorize pick-up accordingly. If you do not keep all the packing materials from the original carton, we cannot issue credit for the damaged goods. Carrier will reject all claims of damage. When we receive the merchandise at our shop, we will issue you a credit or replacement. Due to the nature of our business, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization of NicNax & PadiWas for damaged goods.
